James Holincheck

I am a Research Vice President in Gartner Research where I cover the human capital management software market.

Prior to joining Gartner, I held the position of VP of Strategy at IQ4hire. I also spent two years as an industry analyst at Giga Information Group (now Forrester) covering human resource management (HRMS) and financial systems. In addition, I spent 10 years in the Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) Software Intelligence group participating in the full life cycle of projects around human resources and financial management.

Mr. Holincheck earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering as well as a M.B.A. degree from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri.
